About Us

Deputy was set up by the award winning writer, director, producer  Helen O'Reilly when she returned to her hometown of Dublin from New York City, where she studied film and worked as a freelance producer.

Helen has written and directed several of our projects but we are interested in collaborating with a wide range of diverse writers to create stories that are compelling and authentic, and will resonate with global audiences.

We wish to develop great working relationships with international producers and are actively seeking partner producers from Europe and the UK that we can

co-produce our projects with.
